MRI表观弥散加权系数对SS腮腺异常的评价

摘    要:目的:初步探讨MRI表观弥散加权系数在判断舍格伦综合征(SS)腮腺异常中的价值。方法:选取12例SS患者(病例组)和12例志愿者(对照组)作为研究对象。通过弥散加权成像(DWI)技术获取表观弥散加权系数(ADC)图,经Functool软件分析得到每组腮腺的ADC值,分别用配对样本和独立样本t检验对每组及组间腮腺ADC值进行统计分析。结果:病例组和对照组两侧腮腺的ADC均值分别为(1.047±0.515)×10-3mm2/sec、(1.087±0.426)×10-3mm2/sec和(0.682±0.107)×10-3mm2/sec、(0.652±0.153)×10-3mm2/sec,经配对样本t检验无明显差异;两组全部腮腺的ADC均值分别为(1.067±0.462)×10-3mm2/sec,(0.667±0.130)×10-3mm2/sec,经独立样本t检验两组间ADC存在明显差异,提示在SS患者腮腺中水分子有较少的限制性弥散。结论:通过DWI得到的ADC值可能有助于观察SS患者腮腺异常。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss preliminarily the value of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) for magnetic resonanceimaging (MRI) in evaluating abnormality of parotid glands with Sjiogren syndrome (SS). Method: 12 patients with SS (case group) and 12 volunteers (control group) were selected for this study. Original diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) im- ages were dealed with Functool software for ADC maps and ADC values in each group and intergroup were analysed by Paired-Samples and Independent-Samples T Test, respectively. Result: The mean ADC for both parotid glands in the case and control group was (1.047:t:0.515) × 10-3 mm2 / sec, (1.087±0.426) × 10-3 mm2 / sec and (0.682±0.107)× 10-3 mm2 / sec, (0.652±0.153)X l0-z mm2 /sec,respectively. There was no significant difference between ADC for both parotid glands in each group by Paired-Samples T Test. The combined mean ADC for both parotid glands in both groups was (1.067± 0.462) × 10-3 romE/ sec, (0.667±0.130)× 10-3 mm2/see,respectively. There was significant difference for the mean ADC intergroup, which was analysed by Independent-Samples T Test (P 〈0.05) and suggested there is less restricted diffusion:in parotid glands affected by SS. Conclusion: These results suggest that ADC obtained by DWI may contribute to detect parotid abnormalities in patients with SS.
