强直性脊柱炎临床护理效果分析

目的]探讨强直性脊柱炎患者护理干预后临床疗效。方法]回顾性分析我院2008年6月至2012年6月间收治的58例强直性脊柱炎患者临床资料,制定详细的健康教育和护理计划,并按计划实施。结果]在实施护理措施后,58例患者的腰背痛、关节痛由8~10分下降到2~5分,疼痛明显减轻,晨僵时间由(78.5±17.3)min下降到(39.6±17.8)min。结论]根据高强直性脊炎临床特点,制定好全面的健康教育和护理计划,对脊柱炎患者的康复可起到促进作用。

Analysis on Clinical Nursing of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective]To explore the nursing intervention of patients with ankylosing spondylitis after clinical curative effect.Methods]A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2008 June to 2012 June treated 58 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients clinical data,make a detailed health education and nursing plan,and according to plan.Results]The results in the implementation of nursing measures,58 cases of patients with low back pain,joint pain by 8~10 dropped to 2~5 minutes,a significant alleviation of pain,morning stiffness time from(78.5±17.3)min dropped to(39.6±17.8)min.Conclusion]According to the clinical features of ankylosing spondylitis,formulate comprehensive health education and nursing care plan for patients,as rehabilitation plays a promoting role in the clinical,direct recommendation.
