| 摘 要： | 目的研究低分子肝素钠联合红花注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择在该院就诊的120例急性脑梗死患者,按照治疗方式不同分为接受低分子肝素钠联合红花注射液治疗的观察组和接受低分子肝素钠治疗的对照组,按神经功能缺损评分标准判定疗效,并用SPSS18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果观察组总有效率93.33%、疗效明显好于对照组;治疗后,观察组神经功能缺损评分（13.28±0.98）,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论低分子肝素钠联合红花注射液能够提高脑梗死治疗的总体有效率、促进神经功能恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective Study the curative effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with safflower injection in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods Collect 120patients with acute cerebral infarction and divide them into two groups according to the different curative ways.Then judge the curative effect according to the neural function defect score standard,and using SPSS18 software for statistical analysis.Results The total efficiency of study group is 93.33%,obviously better than that of control group;after the treatment,the neural function defect score of observation group is（13.28±0.98）,significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with safflower injection can improve the overall efficiency and promote the recovery of neurological function. |
