ＵＧＲＰ１在肺癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的：研究子宫球蛋白相关蛋白-１（ＵＧＲＰ１）在肺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学（ＳＡＢＣ法）检测ＵＧＲＰ１在６２例肺癌组织及其相对应的癌旁正常肺组织中的表达，应用荧光实时定量ＰＣＲ检测２０例新鲜肺癌组织和相对应的癌旁正常肺组织中ＵＧＲＰ１ｍＲＮＡ的表达。结果：免疫组化结果显示ＵＧＲＰ１在正常支气管、细支气管上皮细胞浆中呈阳性表达；ＵＧＲＰ１在肺癌组织细胞核、胞浆中均有阳性表达，且以胞核阳性为主，ＵＧＲＰ１在肺癌中的表达显著低于其相对应的癌旁正常组织（Ｐ＜０.０５）；ＵＧＲＰ１在肺癌组织中的表达与年龄、性别无关，与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、ＴＮＭ分期显著相关（Ｐ＜０.０５）。荧光实时定量ＰＣＲ分析表明，ＵＧＲＰ１ｍＲＮＡ在肺癌中的表达显著低于相对应的癌旁正常组织（Ｐ＜０.０５）。结论：ＵＧＲＰ１在肺癌中表达的下调可能促进了肿瘤的发生与发展，ＵＧＲＰ１可能是一种新的候选抑癌基因。

Expression and significance of UGRPI in lung carcinoma

Objective： To investigate the expression and significance of uteroglobin-related protein 1 （ UGRP1 ） in tissues of lung carcinoma, nethods：Immunohistochemistry method was utilized to detect the expression of UGRP1 in 62 cases of lung carcinoma tissues and matching nearby normal tissues. Real time fluorescence quantitative method was utilized to detect the expression of UGRP1 in 20 ca- ses of fresh lung carcinoma tissues and matching nearby normal lung tissues. Results：SABC method immunohistochemistry, the positive expression of UGRP1 was showed in cytoplasm of normal bronchus and bronchiole, in cell nucleus and cytoplasm of lung carcinoma, mo- reover, mainly in cytoplasm. The positive rate of UGRP1 in lung carcinoma was significantly lower than that in adjacent to normal tissues （P 〈0. 05 ）. UGRP1 expression was not concerned with age and sex, but was significantly correlated with histodifferentiation, lymph node metastasis, clinical classification（P 〈0. 05）. Real time PCR analysis showed that the positive expression of UGRPlmRNA in lung carcinoma was significantly lower than that in matching adjacent to normal lung tissues （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Down-regulation of UGRP1 expression in lung carcinoma may contribute to genesis and progress of tumor, UGRP1 may be a new candidate suppressor gene.
