| 摘 要： | 基因表达失调与血液肿瘤的生物学特性、治疗反应和预后密切相关。近年迅速发展的转录组测序、单细胞转录组测序等技术为发现疾病诊疗相关的标志性基因和研究基因表达模式提供了强有力的工具。文章结合第62届美国血液学会(ASH)年会中的报道介绍相关研究进展。
