| 摘 要： | 高三酰甘油血症性胰腺炎(hypertriglyceridemic pancreatitis,HTGP)是由于异常升高的三酰甘油而导致的急性胰腺炎,具有易重症、易复发的特点.HTGP在儿童群体中发病较少,且在病因、治疗等方面有其自身特点.文章就儿童HTGP的异常脂质代谢、发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗等作一介绍.
