| 摘 要： | 急性胰腺炎是临床常见的急腹症之一。非酒精性脂肪性肝病作为代谢综合征的肝脏表现,与急性胰腺炎的严重程度及预后密切相关。阐述了非酒精性脂肪性肝病在急性胰腺炎发生发展过程中的作用机制,指出非酒精性脂肪性肝病可通过多种途径诱发急性胰腺炎并加重其病情严重程度。

| Abstract: | Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common acute abdominal disease in clinical practice.As the hepatic manifestation of metabolic syndrome,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is closely associated with the severity and prognosis of AP.This article elaborates on the mechanism of action of NAFLD in the development and progression of AP and further points out that NAFLD can induce AP and aggravate its severity through many ways. |
