茶预防肾结石形成的研究进展

摘    要:肾结石患病率逐年增高,茶(camellia sinensis)是世界上消费最为广泛的饮料之一。但茶在尿石形成中的作用仍在争议。一方面茶叶含有丰富的茶多酚等成分可以抑制尿石形成,另一方面茶叶含有的草酸是草酸钙肾结石形成的高危因素。本文就茶预防肾结石形成的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:The prevalence of kidney stones is increasing year by year.Tea(camellia sinensis)is one of the most widely consumed beverages in the world.However,the role of tea in urinary stone formation is still controversial.On the one hand,tea is rich in ingredients such as tea polyphenols that can inhibit the formation of urinary stones.On the other hand,oxalic acid contained in tea is a high risk factor for the formation of calcium oxalate kidney stones.This article reviews the research progress of tea in preventing the formation of kidney stones.
