| 摘 要： | 肥厚性硬脑膜炎(HCP)是一种硬脑膜的局部或弥漫性增厚,伴有或不伴有相关炎症的临床疾病.HCP发病率较低,临床表现多样,临床诊断难度较大.本文报道了2例以反复发作性头痛为临床特征,其中1例出现了视神经损害,经激素治疗后头痛明显好转,结合文献复习,对该病进行讨论.

| Abstract: | Hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis(HCP) is a clinical disease involving local or diffuse thickening of the dura mater, with or without related inflammation. Due to lower incidence for HCP and diversified clinical manifestations, the difficulty of clinical diagnosis significantly increased. In this article, recurrent headache in two HCP cases were regarded as clinical feature, one of them showed optic nerve damage, the headache improved significantly after hormone treatment. The disease was discussed in conjunction with literature review. |
