PBL教学法结合微课在急诊儿科专业规培教学中的应用探讨

目的 探讨在急诊儿科培规医师教学培训中利用PBL 结合微课的方法，提升急诊儿科规培医师临床诊疗能力。方法 2019年1～6月期间在急诊儿科选取50名规培医师作为研究对象，实验组采用PBL 与微课相结合的教学模式，对照组则采用传统教学培训模式，最终通过理论知识、临床操作技能及迷你临床评价量表（Mini-CEX）考试进行评价比较。结果 实验组在理论知识、临床操作技能及Mini-CEX 评价方面均高于对照组。Mini-CEX 评价中，实验组医疗面谈、整体表现、临床判断和体格检查方面均高于对照组。结论 在急诊儿科规培医师教学培训中应用PBL 结合微课的教学方法较传统教学方法具有优越性，能够有效提高急诊儿科规培医师临床诊治能力。

Discussion on the application of PBL teaching method combined with micro-class in the emergency pediatric specialty standardized training and teaching

Objective To explore whether the method of using PBL combined with micro-class in the teaching and training of emergency pediatric standardized training physicians can improve their clinical diagnosis and treatment ability.Methods Fifty standardized training physicians from January to June 2019 in the emergency pediatrics were selected as the research objects.The experimental group adopted the teaching model of combining PBL and micro-class,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching training model.Theoretical knowledge,clinical operation skills and miniclinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) between two groups were compared and evaluated.Results The score of experimental group was higher than the control group in theoretical knowledge,clinical operation skills and Mini-CEX evaluation.In the Mini-CEX evaluation,the score of medical interview,overall performance,clinical judgment and physical examination of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The application of PBL combined with micro-class teaching methods in the teaching and training of emergency pediatric standardized training physicians is superior to traditional teaching methods,and can effectively improve their clinical diagnosis and treatment ability.
