Abstract: | Objective To explore whether the method of using PBL combined with micro-class in the teaching and training of emergency pediatric standardized training physicians can improve their clinical diagnosis and treatment ability. Methods Fifty standardized training physicians from January to June 2019 in the emergency pediatrics were selected as the research objects. The experimental group adopted the teaching model of combining PBL and micro-class,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching training model.Theoretical knowledge, clinical operation skills and miniclinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) between two groups were compared and evaluated. Results The score of experimental group was higher than the control group in theoretical knowledge, clinical operation skills and Mini-CEX evaluation. In the Mini-CEX evaluation, the score of medical interview, overall performance, clinical judgment and physical examination of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion The application of PBL combined with micro-class teaching methods in the teaching and training of emergency pediatric standardized training physicians is superior to traditional teaching methods, and can effectively improve their clinical diagnosis and treatment ability. |
