有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折

目的探讨有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法采用有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗97例肱骨近端骨折患者。记录并发症发生情况。术后6个月采用Neer评分标准评价肩关节功能。末次随访时记录患者肩关节活动范围。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~15个月。未发生切口感染、肩峰撞击、肩关节僵硬及肱骨头缺血坏死等并发症。术后6个月采用Neer评分标准评价肩关节疗效:优47例,良35例,可12例,差3例,优良率84.5%。末次随访时所有患者肩关节活动范围满意。结论有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折具有创伤小、固定牢靠等优点,临床疗效满意。

Limited open reduction and locking plate internal fixation for treatment of proximal humeral fractures

Objective To explore the clinical effect of limited open reduction and locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture.Methods The 97 patients with proximal humeral fractures were treated by the limited open reduction and locking plate fixation.The occurrence situation of complications were recorded.At 6 months postoperation,the effect was evaluated by Neer score criterion of shoulder joint.The range of motion of shoulder joint was recorded at the last follow-up.Results All the patients were followed up for 6~15 months.No patient was suffered from the complications such as incision infection,impingement syndrome,joint stiffness and avascular necrosis of humeral head.According to the Neer scoring system,there are 47 excellent cases,35 good cases,12 fair cases and 3 poor cases,and the excellent-good rate of should joint function was 84.5%.The range of motion of all patients was satisfactory at the last follow-up.Conclusions Limited open reduction and locking plate fixation are less trauma,reliable fixation and satisfactory therapeutic effects in treatment of proximal humeral fracture.
