Summary of Nursing Evidence for Improving Postoperative Quality of Life in Patients with Modified Radical Mastectomy

Objective To search and summarize the nursing evidence to improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with modified radical mastectomy,and to provide reference for the postoperative quality of life of patients with modified radical mastectomy.Methods The evidence-based nursing practice model was used to evaluate the quality and level of evidence of the related literature studies by searching OVID evidence-based databases,evidence-based nursing guidelines recommended by the Ontario Association of Registered Nurses in Canada,the Global Guide Network,the JBI Evidence-based Health Care Database,the International Practice Guide Registration Platform,the Chinese Clinical Guide Library,the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database Guide Library,the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and the relevant research on the nutritional status of patients with nephrotic syndrome in the evidence grading system.Results The literature including 2 guidelines,5 evidence summaries,and 14 systematic evaluations concluded assessment screening,nursing measures and rehabilitation management.Conclusion It is suggested that clinical departments should further review and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evidence in combination with the wishes of patients under the existing environment and conditions in order to form the best evidence in line with clinical practice,and formulate and improve the present situation nursing of postoperative quality of life of patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,and provide effective scientific nursing basis for patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.
