摘    要:目的探讨GASC1在肺腺癌组织中表达的临床意义及预后价值。方法采用Q-PCR、免疫组织化学、Western blot技术检测100例肺腺癌组织中GASC1蛋白的表达,并分析GASC1蛋白表达与肺腺癌临床病理特征及预后的相关性。结果GASC1高表达与肺腺癌分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期显著相关(P<0.05)。GASC1高表达患者预后较差(P<0.05)。结论GASC1高表达与肺腺癌的不良预后相关,可能是肺腺癌靶向治疗的潜在分子靶点之一。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance and prognostic value of GASC1 expression in lung adenocarcinoma.Methods The mRNA and protein expression levels of GASC1 from 100 cases of lung adenocarcinoma tissues were determined by Q-PCR,Western blot and immunohistochemistry,respectively,and the correlation between GASC1 protein expression and clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results The high expression of GASC1 was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.05).Patients with high GASC1 expression had poor prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion GASC1 over-expression may promote the development and progression of lung adenocarcinoma,and the inhibition of GASC1 may be one of the potential molecular targets for lung adenocarcinoma targeted therapy.
