Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of spinal fixed point decompression and traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods One hundred patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with spinal fixed point decompression and traction therapy, and the control group was treated with traditional traction therapy. The two groups were given basic treatment, acupuncture treatment and intermediate frequency ultrasound. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. And the VAS value,JOA score,ODI score and the maximum disc diameter(AB) of the intervertebral disc were measured before and after treatment. Results There were significant differences in VAS,JOA and ODI scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the maximum diameter(AB) of the herniated disc before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(86%),was higher than 72% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Spinal fixed-point decompression and traction therapy has better effect for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, with obvious improvement of clinical symptoms and high clinical value. It is suitable for popularization. |
