| 摘 要： | 肝移植已经成为肝细胞癌根治性治疗的重要手段,但术后复发与转移严重限制了肝细胞癌肝移植的疗效。近年来,国内外学者围绕肝移植术后免疫抑制剂的应用与肝细胞癌复发转移的关系进行了一系列研究。现就肝细胞癌肝移植术后免疫抑制剂的临床应用策略及建议作一简述,以更好地指导临床。

| Abstract: | Liver transplantation has become an important method for radical treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),but postoperative recurrence and metastasis severely limit the efficacy of liver transplantation for HCC.In recent years,scholars in China and globally have conducted a series of studies on the association of the application of immunosuppressants after liver transplantation with the recurrence and metastasis of HCC.This article briefly introduces the strategies and suggestions for the clinical application of immunosuppressants after liver transplantation for HCC,in order to provide guidance for clinical practice. |
