辽宁某中医院脾胃科2019年438张治疗功能性消化不良中药饮片处方用药分析

目的 通过调查分析辽宁某中医院脾胃科治疗功能性消化不良的中药饮片处方的用药情况,了解中药饮片治疗功能性消化不良的用药规律,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法 抽取2019 年辽宁某中医院脾胃科门诊诊断为功能性消化不良的中药饮片处方438 张,对患者性别、年龄、处方用药味数、处方用药剂数、处方每剂药量、单张处方每剂金额及处方单味中药使用频率进行调查分析。结果 438例治疗功能性消化不良的中药饮片处方中,男性患者处方比例略多于女性;患者年龄9～72 周岁,平均51.25 周岁,其中56 周岁以上患者居多;处方平均19.72 味/张,16～20 味的处方居多;处方平均剂数为5.71 剂,其中以4～6 剂最多;处方平均使用剂量312 g,其中250～350 g 最多;单张处方平均金额为37.70 元,其中30～40 元最多;涉及中药211 味,使用频率排序居前20 味的药物依次为党参、白术、黄芪、白及、知母、枳实、鸡内金、海螵蛸、延胡索、山楂、莱菔子、神曲、麦芽、太子参、厚朴、木香、当归、柴胡、白芍、陈皮。结论 中药饮片治疗功能性消化不良主要以补虚药（补气药）为基础,辅以消食、理气等为辅。对功能性消化不良患者,可采取个体化的治疗方法,充分利用中医辨证论治的优势,更好提高治疗效果。

Medication analysis on prescriptions for 438 decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine for functional dyspepsia in a department of spleen and stomach of a traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Liaoning in 2019

Objective To investigate and analyze the prescribed medication of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) decoctions for functional dyspepsia in a department of spleen and stomach of a traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Liaoning,and to understand the rules of medication of TCM decoctions for functional dyspepsia,so as to provide a reference for clinical safe and rational use of medication.Methods In 2019,438 prescriptions of TCM decoction pieces which were prescribed from the diagnosis of functional dyspepsia were selected from a department of spleen and stomach of a TCM hospital in Liaoning.Patients'' gender,age,the number of herbal drugs used in the prescription,the number of dosages in each herbal drug,the amount of doses in each dosage,the price of each dose in a single prescription,and the frequency of use of a single dose of herbal medicine in each prescription were investigated and analyzed.Results Among the 438 prescriptions of TCM decoction pieces in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,the proportion of prescriptions in male patients was slightly more than that in female patients; patients was aged 9 to 72 years old,with an average age of 51.25 years old,and the majority of patients were 56 years of age or older; The average prescription was 19.72 drugs/prescription,and most of the prescriptions were 16-20 drugs; the average number of dosages was 5.71,of which 4 to 6 dosages were the most; the average dose in each prescription was 312 g,of which 250 g to 350 g was the most; the average amount of price in a single prescription was RMB 37.70 yuan,of which RMB 30 to 40 yuan was the most;A total of 211 herbal drugs were involved,and the top 20 drugs ranked by frequency of use were codonopsis,atractylodes,astragalus,rhizoma bletillae,anemarrhena,immature bitter orange,endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,cuttlebone,rhizoma corydalis,hawthorn,radish seed,medicated leaven,malt,radix pseudostellariae,mangnolia officinalis,radix aucklandiae,angelica,bupleurum,radix paeoniae alba,tangerine peel.Conclusion TCM decoction pieces used for the treatment of functional dyspepsia is mainly based on tonics(qi supplements),supplemented by digestion help and regulation of qi flow.For patients with functional dyspepsia,individualized treatment methods can be adopted to make full use of the advantages of syndrome differentiation in TCM treatment,so as to better improve the therapeutic effect.
