综合肺康复护理干预对尘肺病患者生命质量及呼吸功能的影响

目的 对尘肺病患者应用综合肺康复护理干预后,对其生命质量及呼吸功能产生的影响进行探讨。方法 选取2018 年9 月～2020 年2 月我院收治的60 例肺病患者为研究对象,按照电脑排列序号,将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各30 例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施综合肺康复护理干预。比较两组患者的生命质量与肺功能、血氧饱和度以及护理满意度等。结果 对照组躯体体症、心理健康、社会适应、日常生活能力评分分别为（16.35±1.16）分、（13.12±2.38）分、（13.24±1.43）分、（20.05±3.10）分,观察组分别为（21.85±2.90）分、（16.63±3.14）分、（15.84±1.92）分、（23.83±2.02）分,对照组明显低于观察组（P＜0.05）。对照组FVC、FEV1.0、MVV、SpO2 分别为（2.65±0.41）%、（1.86±0.42）%、（66.26±1.64）%、（92.63±3.28）%,观察组分别为（3.26±0.46）%、（2.73±0.46）%、（69.82±1.57）%、（97.16±3.03）%,对照组明显低于观察组（P＜0.05）;对照组患者护理满意度为70.00%,观察组患者为90.00%,对照组明显低于观察组（P＜0.05）。结论 对尘肺病患者实施综合肺康复护理,能有效的改善患者的肺功能,减轻患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,值得在临床上推进应用。

Effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing intervention on quality of life and respiratory function of patients with pneumoconiosis

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing intervention on quality of life and respiratory function of patients with pneumoconiosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group(n=30) and the control group(n=30) according to the computer sequence number.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing intervention.The quality of life(QoL),pulmonary function,oxygen saturation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of somatic symptoms,mental health,social adaptation and activity of daily living in the control group were(16.31±7.16),(13.12±2.38),(13.24±1.43) and(20.05±2.10),respectively,which were significantly lower than(21.85±2.90),(16.63±3.14),(15.84±1.92) and(23.83±2.02) in the observation group(P<0.05).FVC,FEV1.0,MVV and Spo2 in the control group were(2.65±0.41)%,(1.86±0.42)%,(66.26±1.64)%,(92.63±3.28)%,respectively,which were significantly lower than(3.26±0.46)%,(2.73±0.46)%,(69.82±1.57)%,(97.16±3.03)% in the observation group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the control group was 70.00%,significantly lower than 90.00% in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for patients with pneumoconiosis can effectively improve their pulmonary function and alleviate their clinical symptoms,providing them with a better QoL.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
