探讨“病机”概念的本义

病机理论是中医学理论体系的重要组成部分,病机的概念首见于《黄帝内经》,后续在《伤寒论》等经典中进一步丰富,奠定了中医的疾病观,是中医认识疾病的独特方法。现代普通高等教育“十五”国家级规划教材《中医基础理论》定义病机的概念为“疾病发生、发展和变化的机理”,这与《黄帝内经》提出的病机即“病之机要”不同,本文作者就此提出自己的观点,并进行分析探讨。

Explore the original meaning of the concept of "pathogenesis"

The pathogenesis theory is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.The concept of pathogenesis was first seen in "Huangdi Neijing",which was further enriched in classics such as "Shanhan Lun".It lays a view on the disease of traditional Chinese medicine,and is a unique method for TCM to recognize diseases.The "Tenth Five-Year" national planning textbook "Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine" of modern general higher education defines the concept of pathogenesis as "the mechanism of disease occurrence,development and change",which is different from the pathogenesis proposed by "Huangdi Neijing",namely pathogenesis of disease.The author of this article puts forward his own point of view and analyzes and discusses it.
