CYFRA21-1基因多态性与肺癌临床特征的相关性

摘    要:目的探讨细胞角蛋白19片段(Cytokeratin 19 Fragment Antigen,Cyfra21-1)基因多态性与肺癌临床特征的相关性。方法选取肺癌患者78例作为肺癌组与健康人群78例作为健康组。检测两组入选者的血清Cyfra21-1基因多态性,调查患者的临床特征。结果两组人群的Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律,Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因型分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),肺癌组的Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因CC基因型比例显著高于健康组(P<0.05),肺癌组等位基因C频率显著高于健康组(P<0.05)。在肺癌组78例患者中,不同肿瘤最大直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移患者的CC基因型比例对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示肿瘤最大直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移为影响Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因CC基因型的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因在肺癌患者中呈多态性分布,Cyfra21-1 rs17561基因CC基因型与患者的临床特征显著相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between Cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen(Cyfra21-1)gene polymorphism and clinical features of lung cancer.Methods 78 patients with lung cancer were selected as the lung cancer group,and the other 78 healthy people were selected as the healthy group.Serum Cyfra21-1 gene polymorphism were detected in the two groups,and the clinical characteristics of the patients were investigated and given correlation analysis.Results The Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene distribution in both groups accorded with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law.The distribution of Cyfra21-1 rs17561 genotypes in the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the proportion of Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene CC genotype in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).The frequency of gene C were significantly higher than that of the healthy group(P<0.05).In the lung cancer group,there were significant differences in the proportion of CC genotypes in patients with different diameters,clinical stages,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the maximum diameter,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis were the main factors affected the CC genotype of Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene is polymorphic in lung cancer patients,and Cyfra21-1 rs17561 gene CC genotype is significantly associated with clinical features.
