PBL教学在医学影像技术专业见习教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)教学模式在医学影像技术专业学生见习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2018 年3 月~2019 年6 月温州医科大学仁济学院2015 级和2016 级60 名医学影像技术专业本科生作为研究对象,以抽签法随机分组,其中PBL 组26 名,对照组34 名。教学结束后对两组学生进行考核和问卷调查,评价教学效果。结果 两组理论知识考核比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.792),实践操作知识考核PBL 组优于对照组(P=0.041);PBL 组在提升学生学习兴趣(P=0.036)、提高自学能力(P=0.003)、医患沟通能力(P=0.004)、影像操作思维能力(P=0.023)和科研思维能力(P=0.005)方面优于对照组,在加深课堂知识理解方面PBL 组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.842)。结论PBL 应用于见习教学模式,有助于提升医学影像技术专业学生综合素质,获得较好的教学效果。

Application of PBL in probation teaching of medical imaging technology
Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL) teaching mode in the probation teaching of medical imaging technology majors.Methods A total of 60 students from the 2015 and 2016 medical imaging technology undergraduates in Renji College,Wenzhou Medical University were selected as subjects from March 2018 to June 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups by lottery,including 26 students in the PBL group and 34 students in the control group.After the end of the teaching,the two groups of students were assessed and investigated by questionnaire to evaluate the teaching effect.Results There was no statistical difference in the assessment of theoretical knowledge between the two groups(P=0.792).The PBL group was superior to the control group in the assessment of practical operation knowledge(P=0.041).The PBL group was superior to the control group in improving students''learning interest(P=0.036),self-learning ability(P=0.003),doctor-patient communication ability(P=0.004),image operation thinking skills(P=0.023) and scientific research thinking skills(P=0.005).In terms of deepening classroom knowledge understanding,there was no statistical difference between the PBL group and the control group(P=0.842).Conclusion The application of PBL in probation teaching mode is helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of medical imaging technology students and has a good teaching effect.
