| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨尼莫地平治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血的临床疗效。方法 :40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组各 2 0例。观察两组的疗效及头痛、神志的变化。结果 :治疗组症状明显缓解 ,而对照组却无明显缓解。结论 :早期使用尼莫地平对外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血有很好的疗效。一旦 CT扫描证实外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血 ,应尽早使用尼莫地平

| Abstract: | Objective:It is to investigate the clinical curative effects of nim odipine on traum atic subarachnoid hem orrhage.Methods:Forty traum atic subarachnoid hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into treatm ent group and routine group,in which there were 2 0 cases respectively.Then the curative effects and the changes of headache and consciousness were observed.Results:The sym ptom of treatm ent group obviously eased,but that of routine group did not obviously ease.Conclusion:There are good curative effects in treating traum atic subarachnoid hem orrhage with nimodipine in early stage.If the traumatic subarachnoid hem orrhage has been diagnosed definitely,the nim odipine will be adopted early. |
