尿道前列腺气化电切术后92例的并发症观察及处理

目的：探讨尿道前列腺气化电切术术后并发症以及处理方法。方法：选取92例尿道前列腺气化电切术患者，术后进行随访。结果：继发性出血2例，膀胱颈挛缩7例，暂时性尿失禁2例，尿道狭窄8例，射精障碍8例，阳痿3例，尿路感染24例，下肢静脉血栓形成6例。结论：在术前做好预防工作，是防治术后并发症的重要措施。

Urethral resection of prostate vaporization observation of 92 cases of com plications and treatment

Objective：To discuss management of the complications of the transurethral elcctrovaporization of prostate（TUVP）to improve the effect. Methods：All of 92 cases took TUVP, follow-up was taken to investigate the complications and their disposal. Results：2 eaess had postoperative bleed,7 cases had spasm of bladder, 2 cases had temporary incontinence, bladder,8 cases had urethral stricture, 8 cases of problems of ejaculation,3 cases of impotence, 24 cases of urinary tract infection, 6 eases in phlebothrombosis of leg. Conclusion：Preoperatlonal precautions are essential,the complications of TVP may be decreased by accurate operation.
