| 摘 要： | 目的研究水蛭多肽对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型。缺血再灌注损伤后24 h,进行神经功能评分,测定脑含水量、缺血面积、脑、组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量。结果水蛭多肽能显著降低组脑组织含水量,缩小脑梗死面积,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低丙二醛含量。结论水蛭多肽对于大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与抑制脂质过氧化、提高抗氧化酶活性有关。 |
