173例胃癌临床分析

目的：提高早期胃癌的诊断水平，防止误诊。方法：采用X线钡餐造影及纤维胃镜等检查手段等。结果：本组173例胃癌中，胃癌好发部位贲门部79例，胃窦部37例；男性以分化型癌占优势，且随年龄的增长，所占比率升高等。结论：对贲门及胃窦溃疡病变应进行追踪寻访，对已达到重度不典型增生或可疑癌者应劝其早日施行手术治疗，对不典型胃癌如腰背困痛、腹腔淋巴结肿大、腹部肿块、胃溃疡术后又出现反复腹痛、慢性萎缩型胃部病变及胃粘膜的肠上皮化生，应警惕胃癌的发生。

Clinical Analysis of 173 Cases of Carcinoma of Stomach

Objective To improve the diagnosis rate of early carcinoma of stomach and prevent the mis- diagnosis. Methods X-ray barium meal series and fibergastroscopy were used to detect the disease. Results of 173 cases, carcinoma of stomach was found in cardiac part in 79, in gastric antrum in 37; differentiated carcinoma was higher in male, and the rate of differentiated carinoma in male rose with their ages. Conclu- sion Operative treatment should be carried out in patients with servere atypical hyperplasia or in suspected cases. The important point is to be alert to atypical carcinoma of stomach with backache, lymphadenen ecta- sis of abdominal cavity, abdominal mass, repeated abdominal pain followlling operation of gastric ulcer, chronic atrophic pathologic change of stomach, intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa.
