肱骨远端骨折手术及术后肘关节功能影响因素

目的探讨成人肱骨远端骨折的手术治疗及其手术后肘关节功能的影响因素。方法2002年1月至2009年4月住院行手术的36例肱骨远端骨折患者，Mehne和Matta分类法A型11例，B型8例，C型4例，D型5例，E型4例，F型4例。行经尺骨鹰嘴手术^、路切开复位重建双钢板内固定、髁间行螺钉固定，手术后软组织条件好即行肘关节功能练习，对伤后待术时间、骨折分型与手术后功能进行分析。结果手术后随访时间12～27个月，平均随访时间18个月，骨折均愈合，按改良Cassebaum评分系统标准，优11例，良20例，可3例，差2例。优良率86．11％。结论尽量缩短伤后待术时间，关节面的解剖复位和合适的内固定，手术后早期功能锻炼是肘关节功能恢复很重要的因素。

The influencing factors of functional restoration of the elbow joint post the operation of distal humerus fracture
