缺血再灌流损伤大鼠小肠组织中元素变化研究

摘    要:本工作用原子吸收光谱法和病理检查技术观察了实验性缺血再灌流损伤大鼠小肠组织四种元素含量和组织学改变情况。结果显示在缺血30min时组织中Zn、Cu、Fe含量略有降低但无统计学意义,组织病理改变仅见粘膜充血和轻度水肿。在恢复血供30min时,组织中的Ca、Fe含量显著高于正常,组织病理改变也变得较为严重。

Abstract:Atomic Absorption Spectromety(AAS) and Pathologic Examine were used to observe changes of elements of rats intestinal tissue in ischemia and reperfusion injury.The results showed that tissue levels of Ze,Cu ,Fe were lower than normal at ischemia 30min(P>0.05 )and pathological changes in only hyperamia and edema on mucous membrane,but the levels of Fe ,Ca were much higher when blood circulation was resumed after 30min(P>0.05) and we can observe pathological changes seriously.
