摘    要:目的 探讨Delta样配体(DLL4)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肝细胞癌中的表达及其与血管生成的关系.方法 免疫组织化学法检测75例肝细胞癌(HCC)中DLL4和VEGF的表达,用CD34进行微血管内皮细胞染色,计算微血管密度(MVD),分析其相关性.结果 DLL4和VEGF表达在HCC组明显高于肝硬化组和正常肝组(P<0.01),与HCC的临床病理学分级相关(P<0.01),HCC组中的CD34表达与DLL4的表达呈明显负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.778);与VEGF的表达呈明显正相关(P<0.05,r=0.747),32例共表达DLL4和VECF蛋白者,其平均微血管数(19.70±5.82)个/HP,明显高于非共表达组(7.60±2.12)个/HP(P<0.01).结论 DLL4、VEGF在肝细胞癌血管生成中可能起重要作用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression of Delta-like 4 (DLL4) as well as vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) and its relation with the angiogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of DLL4 and VEGF in 75 cases of HCC. The microvessel density (MVD) was calculated after CD34 staining for microvessel endothelia and the correlation between their roles and the pathological behavior of HCC was investigated. Results The expression levels of DLL4 and VEGF were significantly higher than those in normal liver tissue and hepatic cirrhosis (P <0.01), and related to clinical grades of HCC ( P < 0.01). The expression of CD34 was negatively related to the expression of DLL4 (P < 0.05, r = - 0.778), while positively to the expression of VEGF (P < 0.05, r = 0.747). The mean number of MVD (19.70 ± 5.82) /HP in 32 cases positive for the coexpression of DLL4 and VEGF was significantly greater than in those negative for the coexpression (7.60 ±3.12)/HP, P <0.01 ]. Conclusion DLL4 and VEGF may play an vital role in angiogenesis of HCC.
