| 摘 要： | 目的:考察溴化异丙托品气雾吸入对婴儿喘息性疾病的疗效。方法:对照组常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用0.025％溴化异丙托品溶液通过空气压缩泵面罩气雾吸入治疗。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组气喘缓解及肺部喘鸣音消失时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:溴化异丙托品气雾吸入是一种有效控制婴幼儿喘息性疾病的措施。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of ipratropinum bromide in treating the asthmatic disease in infants and preschool children. Methods: The control group was treated with routine treatment. The treatment group was treated with routine treatment and dipropinate inhalation of 0. 025% ipratropinum bromide solution. Results: The treatment period of treatment group became shorter than the control group' s ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The treatment of inhaling 0. 025% ipratropinum bromid solution is effective on the asthmatic disease in infants and preschool children. |
