非医学因素对腹膜透析患者生存率的影响

目的 探讨非医学因素对腹膜透析患者生存率的影响。方法90例持续性不卧床式腹膜透析治疗的患者,调查其文化水平、个人月工资收入水平和活动能力,使用Hamilton焦虑等级量表和Hamilton抑郁等级量表评定患者的焦虑状态和抑郁状态。追踪观察患者22月,记录患者的转归情况。结果 本组患者的2年生存率为86.3％,5年生存率为49.9％。高文化水平的患者生存率较高(P<0.05),具有活动能力的患者生存率较高(P<0.01),个人月工资收入水平的比例较高的患者与生存率较高(P<0.05).Hamil-ton焦虑等级评分和Hamilton抑郁等级评分与生存率无关(P>0.05)。结论文化水平、活动能力和经济状况的非医学因素对腹膜透析患者的长期生存有一定的影响作用。

Non- medical factors and survival of Chinese peritoneal dialysis patients

Objective To determine the influence of non - medical factors to the survival rate of Chinese peritoneal dialysis patients. Method 90 continue ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients had been investigated. Their cultural level, salary income per month and active ability had been investigated. Anxiety and depression status had been e-valuated with Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale. This group of patients has been traced for 22 months and their clinic outcome has been recorded. Result 2 years survival rate of these patients was 86.3 % , and 5 years survival rate was 49.9 % . Patients with high cultural level had high survival rate ( P < 0.05), and patients with high active ability had high survival rate too ( P < 0. 01). Patients with high salary per month were accompanied by high survival rate ( P < 0.05) . No relationship had been found between Hamilton anxiety score or Hamilton depression score and survival rate (P > 0.05). Conclusion Non - medical factors, such as cultural level, active ability and financial state, have influence to long - survival of peritoneal dialysis patients.
