| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者的心理特征及接受康复理疗的同时综合心理治疗与单纯的康复理疗的差异。方法将符合脑卒中诊断标准的60例偏瘫患者随机分为对照组(单纯的康复理疗)、治疗组(在实施康复理疗的同时,施加心理干预)。心理健康水平检测采用症状自评量表即SCL-90量表,康复理疗效果评定采用反映日常生活活动能力的B arthe l指数。结果脑卒中两组偏瘫患者治疗前SCL-90各因子分没有明显差异,经康复理疗和介入心理干预后,治疗组各因子与对照组比较明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗组的Barthel指数明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复理疗效果与心理治疗明显相关,适时的心理治疗有助于该病康复。
