嗜铬细胞瘤5例病理学分析及文献复习

目的 探讨嗜铬细胞瘤的病理学特点及鉴别诊断。方法 利用HE染色及免疫组化方法对5例嗜铬细胞瘤进行病理学分析。5例嗜铬细胞瘤4例来自肾上腺．1例来自后腹膜。结果 主要组织学特征是肿瘤细胞较大．多角形．胞质内富含颗粒状物．瘤组织由胞膜发出的纤维条索分割呈丛状，腺泡状结构。5例Syn、NSE、CgA均呈阳性，3例S-100可见肿瘤细胞巢周围支持细胞阳性。结论 嗜铬细胞瘤具有独特的病理学特点。

Histopathologic anaylysis of five cases pheochromocytoma and review of literature

Objective To study the pathologic features and distinguish diagnosis of pheochromocytoma. Methods Hemotoxylineosin and immunohistochemical stains were used to observe the histopathologic changes of five cases pheochromocytoma,four cases come from adrenal gland and one come from retropertoneum. Results Lnlight microscope,the prominent histologic features of pheochromocytoma were that cell was larger and polygon,and anumber of grain was in cytoplasm. All of them were positive for Syn,NSE,CgA protein, three cases'sertoli cells were positively reaced with S-100. Conclusion Pheochromocytoma has special histopathologic features.
