| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颈动脉加压注射瘫康灵治疗偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:将216例偏瘫患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用颈动脉加压注射瘫康灵治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,两组在治疗前、后对功能缺损评分、血粘度、有效率、治愈率进行对比分析。结果:治疗组与对照组在功能缺损评分、血粘度、有效率、治愈率方面均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:颈动脉加压注射瘫康灵是治疗偏瘫的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinic effect on the treatment of hemiparalysis patients in a mode of the carotid artery pressure injection of Tankangling(TKL).Methods:Use the stochastic grouping comparision research,216 cases of hemiparalysis patients were allocated randomly into two groups:treatment group and control group(108 cases in every group).The treatment group was given injection of TKL in the mode of carotid artery pressure,the changes of the neurological deficit scores,blood viscosity,effectiveness and cure rate after treatment were observed in both groups.Results: There were significant differences in the total cure rate,effectiveness,blood viscosity and the neureological deficit scores between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The pressure injection of TKL in the mode of carotid artery is very effect to the hemiparalysis patients. |
