频谱多普勒超声在布-加综合征诊断中的价值

目的探讨频谱多普勒超声在布-加综合征诊断中的价值。方法通过对33例布-加综合征患者经频谱多普勒检查，对25例下腔静脉狭窄患者评价其流速变化与狭窄程度的相关关系；对29例肝静脉狭窄者与35例正常组对照，比较其流速差异是否具显著性意义。结果25例下腔静脉狭窄者狭窄处流速与扩张处流速差异明显（P〈0．05），与狭窄程度间具有高度正相关（r=0．93），29例肝静脉狭窄者扩张处流速与正常组流速差异具有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过频谱多普勒表现可间接说明狭窄程度，为诊断布-加综合征提供有效手段。

The Applicational Value of Pulse-wave Doppler Ultrasound on diagnosing Budd--chiari syndrome

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of Pulse-wave Doppler ultrasound on Budd-chiari syndrome(BCS).Methods 33 patients with BCS were examined by Pulse-wave Doppler to study the correlation between flow speed and the degree of occlusion in 25 patiens with inferior vena cava occlusion.29 patients with hepatic vein occlusion compared with 35 healths (as control group) to observe whether the flow speed has significant differece.Results The flow speed at occlusion has significant differece comparing with that of dilatation in 25 patients with inferior vena cava (P<0.05)and there was high positive correlation in the degree of occlusion(r=0.93).There were significant differences between 29 patients with hepatic vein and the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusions The Pulse-wave Doppler could show the degree of occlusion and provide an effective method in diagnosing BCS.
