| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑干卒巾患者的救治及转归。方法：回顾分析我院自2004年5月～2005年4月收治的26例脑干卒中患者的临床资料。患者接受颅脑CT或MRI扫描确诊。其中9例脑干出血，17例脑梗死；10例合并严重并发症患者进入重症监护病房（ICU）接受治疗。结果：26例患者平均64．6（42～79）岁，病程平均（14．3±3．6）h。经治疗，5例痊愈，好转11例，死亡10例。随访11例平均17个月，其中合并语言障碍5例，吞咽困难4例，四肢功能障碍7例。结论：脑于卒中极易出现中枢性呼吸、循环功能衰竭或周围性呼吸功能衰竭，病死率高，需重视早期诊断及救治。
