| 摘 要： | 目的：观察并比较宫血宁胶囊与益母草冲剂对药物流产后阴道出血的治疗作用.方法：选择排除宫腔内有滋养叶细胞残留的药物流产后阴道出血患者49例,随机分为观察组26例,服用宫血宁胶囊0.26 g（3次/d）服用7 d;对照组23例,服用益母草冲剂20g（2次/d）服用7 d.观察并比较宫血宁胶囊和益母草冲剂对药物流产后阴道出血的疗效.结果：应用宫血宁胶囊后5 d内阴道出血停止,与对照组比较差异有显著性.结论：宫血宁胶囊对除外宫腔残留的药物流产后阴道出血,止血迅速、有效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of capsule Gong-xue-ning in curing the hemorrhage after the medicinal abortion.Methods: Forty-nine patients having no trophocytes remaining in their uteri were divided into two groups randomly.One group(including 26 patients) was given Gong-xue-ning 0.26g tid for 7 days and the other(23 patients) were giver Motherwort herb 20g bid for 7 days,and the differences of efficacy were observed. Results: The hemorrhage stopped within 5 days in the group with Gong-xue-ning,and there were significant differences in the efficacy of what used between the two groups.Conclusion: Gong-xue-ning is more effective and rapidly on the hemorrhage after medicinal abortion excluding the remains in the uterus. |
