北京市昌平区371016名食品与公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带情况

目的了解2005—2009年北京市昌平区食品与公共场所从业人员乙肝病毒(HBV)的感染情况,旨在更好地指导该行业的疾病预防工作。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),对2005—2009年昌平辖区内食品与公共场所从业人员HBV生物标记物进行检测。结果 2005—2009年该区共检测从业人员371016人,HBsAg携带者检出7816人,平均阳性率为2.11%。5年间,该区从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为2.37%,2.32%,2.12%,1.99%,1.83%;呈逐年下降趋势(χ2=69.51,P0.01);另外,该地与外埠从业人员HBsAg阳性率亦随年度增长呈下降趋势,该地χ2=85.83,P0.01;外埠χ2=53.76,P0.01。结论为保证昌平区公共卫生安全,仍应坚持一年一次的公共场所从业人员健康体检及调离工作,同时加强从业人员的乙肝防治工作。

HBsAg Carrying Status among 371 016 Employees in Food Trade and Public Places in Changping District of Beijing

Objectives]To understand the HBV infection status among employees in food trade and public places in Changping district of Beijing during 2005-2008,so as to guide the disease control and prevention in this industry.Methods]HBV biomarkers among employees in food trade and public places of this district during 2005-2009 were tested by ELISA.Results]From 2005 to 2009,371 016 employees were tested,there were 7816 HBsAg carriers,and the average positive rate was 2.11%. During 5 years,the HBsAg positive rate of employees was 2.37%,2.32%,2.12%,1.99% and 1.83% respectively,which decreased year by year （χ2=69.51,P0.01）. Furthermore,the HBsAg positive rate of local employees and employees from other towns showed a downtrend with time （local χ2=85.83,P0.01,other towns χ2=53.76,P0.01）. Conclusion]In order to ensure the public health security in Changping area,the annual physical examination and turnover among employees in public places should be persisted,and the prevention and control of Hepatitis B among employees should be strengthened.
