芍药苷的水解动力学研究

摘    要:目的 考察芍药苷在不同pH条件下的水解情况. 方法Diamonsil-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%的甲酸水溶液(15∶85);检测波长为230 nm;进样量为10 μl;柱温为室温,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1).结果 芍药苷对照品在0.021 5~0.215 μg范围内,进样量与峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,并得到不同pH条件下的水解动力方程.结论 芍药苷的水解符合一级动力学模型.在不同pH条件下,芍药苷的水解速度不同.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the hydrolysis kinetics of Paeoniflorin in different pH values.Methods Diamonsil-C_(18) column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used with the use of the acetonitriler-0.1%formic acid (15∶85)as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1) and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results Paeoniflorin was well separated,the linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.021 5~0.215 μg (r=0.999 9). Hydrolysis kinetics equations in different pH values was obtained.Conclusion The degradation follows pseudofirst-order kinetics. Hydrolysis rate is different in various pH values.
