中等职业护士生心理不安倾向的调查

目的了解中等护理专业学校学生的心理健康问题,探索在新形势下培养符合社会需要的护理人才的方法。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选用华东师范大学心理系周步成等修订的《心理健康诊断测验》对某护士学校两个年级学生进行调查。结果大多数护生的总体心理健康素质趋于良好,但仍然存在一些健康问题。护生中有一项或一项以上不安倾向问题的学生占被调查总人数的56.6%,主要表现为学习焦虑、自责倾向和过敏倾向;其中“自责倾向”一年级高于二年级;在健康心理状态方面,除在“学习焦虑”和“过敏倾向”一年级健康者多于二年级,其他方面两个年级之间均无显著性差异。结论“学习焦虑”是护校学生普遍存在的不安倾向,其他不安倾向也存在。广大教师在重视学生学习的同时,应重视学生全面素质的提高,开展全方位的心理健康教育,把心理健康教育以及学生素质的培养渗透到护理各学科的教学之中。

Investigation of psychological inquietude problems in the middling occupational nursing students

Objective To evaluate the psychological inquietude problems in he middling occupational nursing students and search after the way to bring up the society demanding nurses in the new situation. Methods The cluster sampiing was used in two grades of a nursing school. The questionnaire about the mental health diagnosis test edited by Zhou Bu-cheng, a professor of the Department of Psychology in Huadong Normal College. Results The total mental health of the most students was good, but some problems still existed in the nursing school. The students who had inquietude problem accounted for 56.6%. The main problems were the leaning anxiety, self-abuse liability and sensitivity liability, and the proportion of the students in Grade One with self-abuse liability was higher than those in Grade Two. The health students in Grade One were more than those in Grade Two on the two aspects both learning anxiety and sensitivity liability, and the two grades were same on the other aspects. Conclusion The learning anxiety was the main psychological inquietude problem and existed at large in the nursing students, but other problem exist in some degree. The teachers should attach importance to both the learning achievement and the mental health. The heightening of the whole diatheses and the development of the mental health education should be infiltrated in the all subjects of the nursing teaching.
