河南省郑州市中年人缺血性心血管病发病危险评估

目的评估郑州市中年人缺血性心血管病（ICVD）十年发病危险,为进一步改善该人群健康状况提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,对郑州市3561名35～59岁居民进行横断面调查收集资料,以＂国人ICVD十年发病危险评估方法＂简易模型进行ICVD十年发病危险评估。结果 ICVD十年发病绝对危险度〈10%（低危）者,男性为96.2%,女性为98.2%;发病危险度≥10%（中危）者,男性为3.8%,女性为1.8%;发病危险度≥20%（高危）者,男性为0.8%,女性为0.3%。ICVD各主要危险因素发生情况在不同绝对危险度（≥10%和〈10%）的两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论郑州市中年人ICVD发病危险处于较高水平。ICVD绝对危险度评估方法简单易行,有利于高危人群的简单筛检,在以后ICVD及危险因素的改善和防治工作中应有效运用。

A study on risk evaluation of ischemic cardiovascular diseases among middle-aged resident in Zhengzhou Henan Province

Objective To evaluate the risk of ischemic cardiovascular diseases（ICVD） among middle-aged resident in Zhengzhou for better health status in the future.Methods A cross-sectional sampling survey was applied among 3561 residents aged 35 to 59 years,using a simplified ＂ methods and tools of the 10-year risk estimation of ICVD among Chinese＂ for risk evaluation.Results Among the group with less than 10% absolute risk（low risk） developing ICVD next 10 years of： male 96.2% and female 98.2%,among the group with above or equal to 10% absolute risk（middle risk）： male 3.8% and female 1.8%,among group with above or equal to 20% absolute risk（high risk）： male 0.8% and female 0.3%.There is significant difference among prevalence of risk factors for ICVD in different groups with different absolute risk（≥10% vs 10%） of ICVD.Conclusion The risk of ICVD in middle-aged resident in Zhengzhou is high.The absolute risk evaluation method of ICVD is simple and convenient and profits to screening the high-risk group,it is suggested to use this method in improving and preventing risk factors of ICVD.
