北京市昌平区2009年性病疫情分析

目的了解北京市昌平区2009年性病的发病趋势和流行特征,探讨其流行规律和原因,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法对北京市昌平区2009年性病疫情报告资料及人口数据进行统计分析。结果 2009年全区共报告性传播疾病（不包括HIV阳性和艾滋病）636例,年发病率为84.86/10万,与2008年比较下降了2.01%,其中淋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣、生殖器疱疹的年发病率均有下降;而生殖道沙眼衣原体年发病率呈上升趋势。病例构成中,尖锐湿疣、梅毒和淋病排在前3位。结论 2009年北京市昌平区性病年发病率较上年略有下降,但生殖道沙眼衣原体的增长呈现上升态势,性病发病人群大多集中在男性、青壮年、家务及待业这一群体。建议加强这部分人群的健康管理和教育工作。

Analysis on the prevalence of STD in Changping District of Beijing City in 2009

Objective To understand the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases（STD） in Changping District of Beijing City in 2009,to explore its epidemic feature and causes,and to provide the scientific basis for STD prevention and control.Methods Statistical analysis of STD report material and demographic data in Changping District of Beijing City in 2009 was done.Results A total of 636 cases of sexually transmitted diseases were reported,and the incidence rate of STD in 2009 was 84.86/10 million（Except HIV-positive and AIDS）,lower than that in 2008 by 2.01%.The incidence rates of gonorrhea,syphilis,genital warts,and genital herpes were decreased,and that of genital chlamydia trachomatis was increased.The top three composition of STD were genital warts,syphilis and gonorrhea.Conclusion The incidence of sexually transmitted diseases in Changping District of Beijing in 2009 was reduced than that in 2008,but the incidence rate of urogenital chlamydia trachomatis was increased.The groups which had high proportion of STD were male,youngsters,and the persons who had no work.And health management and education should be strengthened to them.
