产科婴儿防盗安全管理及效果评价

目的：探讨预防产科婴儿被盗的护理安全措施。方法：分析母婴同室婴儿被盗的风险因素和医院安全管理的薄弱环节，采取有效的防范措施包括病房安装防盗门、责任护士加强宣教，认真履行婴儿防盗安全告知义务，加强病房巡视及交接班制度。结果：实施2年以来未发生婴儿被盗事件，孕产妇满意度由89．12％上升到98．22％。结论：结合医院自身特点采取的婴儿防盗安全措施，可杜绝婴儿被盗事件的发生，提高患者满意度。
