| 摘 要： | 目的：了解耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对β-内酰胺抗生素以外的常用抗生素的耐药情况。方法：回顾性分析2007～2010年临床分离的193株耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的药敏结果，采用K—B琼脂扩散法，结果判定依据NCCLS（2004版）。结果：凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌中耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌检出率逐年升高，除万古霉素、呋喃妥因、丁胺卡那、米诺环素以外，耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对红霉素等6种抗生素耐药率高达65％～92％。结论：连续监测耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的耐药性，为加强医院感染控制和临床合理用药提供有力依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the information of drug resistance of methicillin-resistant coagulase-negaive staphylococcus(MRCNS).Methods:There were 193 isolates of MRCNS obtained from clinical patients from 2007 to 2010.K-B test was used to determine the susceptibility and the results were based on NCCLS(2004).Results:The detection rate of MRCNS was higher year by year.Except vancomycin,nitrofarantion,amikacin,minocycline,the resistion rates of MRCNS to 6 kinds of antibiotics agents erythromycin were 65%-92%.Conclusi... |
