| 摘 要： | 目的：观察体外循环对血小板的影响及其与术后急性肺损伤关系。方法：回顾性总结分析采用体外循环手术方式的164例患者术前、术后血小板数Et（P坍）、血小板平均容积（MPV）、血小板分布宽度（PDW），比较手术前后各参数水平．并分析11例术后发生急性肺损伤患者的PLT、MPV、PDW与未发生急性肺损伤患者的差异。结果：体外循环术后的血小板计数[（106±61）×10^9／L]明显低于术前[（163±51）×10^9／L]，血小板平均容积[（11．21±3．06）fl]和血小板分布宽度[（18．61±2．01）％1高于术前水平[（8．21±2．01）n、（15．21±1．64）％1，差异均有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。11例急性肺损伤患者的血小板计数[（90．36±20．61）×10^9／L]、血小板平均容积[（12．91±1．60）fl]、血小板分布宽度[（19．26±0．93）％1均差于未发生急性肺损伤患者f（107．36±51．20）×10^9／L、（11．09±2．66）fl、（17．76±1．81）％]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：体外循环会降低患者血小板数目，增加血小板平均容积，增大血小板分布宽度。而且研究提示这与术后急性肺损伤有关。
