| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨硬膜外腔阻滞麻醉的镇痛效果及对产程、分娩方式和母婴的影响。方法：选择2010年5月～2011年9月住院分娩的初产妇,将要求无痛分娩的80例产妇作为观察组,未要求无痛分娩的80例产妇作为对照组。观察两组产妇的疼痛程度、各产程的分娩时间、产后出血量、剖宫产率及新生儿情况等方面的临床效果。结果：观察组产妇疼痛明显减轻,活跃期明显缩短,剖宫产率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组与对照组第二产程、第三产程、产后出血量及新生儿情况比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：硬膜外阻滞分娩镇痛效果良好,可减轻疼痛,降低剖宫产率,对母婴无不良影响,值得临床推广应用。
