综合穿刺模拟人在诊断学教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:了解综合穿刺模拟人在诊断学教学中的应用效果,探索模拟教学新模式。方法:将264名临床系专科学生,随机分为对照组(128名)和实验组(136名)。对照组采用传统讲授法授课,实验组使用综合穿刺模拟人进行模拟穿刺教学。比较两组学生的穿刺操作成绩,并采用调查问卷了解实验组学生的学习感受。结果:实验组学生的胸腔穿刺、腹腔穿刺、腰椎穿刺和骨髓穿刺的成绩明显高于对照组,实验组绝大多数学生对模拟穿刺教学持肯定态度。结论:模拟教学是医学教育的重要组成部分。使用综合穿刺模拟人进行模拟穿刺教学可提高教学质量。
