| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阿德福韦酯联合安络化纤丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法：慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化患者共70例，分为治疗组和对照组。对照组35例仅使用阿德福韦酯治疗。治疗组35例在对照组的基础上加用安络化纤丸口服。两组疗程均为48周。结果：所有患者均完成治疗，未出现严重毒副作用，治疗组和对照组治疗前后的相关生化指标都有显著改善（P〈0．01），且治疗组较对照组改善得更为明显（P〈0．05）。结论：阿德福韦酯联合安络化纤丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化效果显著。
