| 摘 要： | 目的：观察微波配合扶他林治疗膝骨关节炎疼痛的临床疗效。方法：90例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为三组，微波组30例，采用微波局部照射治疗；扶他林组30例，采用扶他林乳胶剂局部涂抹治疗；微波＋扶他林组30例，采用微波局部照射＋扶他林乳胶剂局部涂抹联合治疗。三组治疗前后均分别采用简式McGill疼痛问卷表（SF—MPQ）测痛，用于观察患者疼痛改善率并评价疗效及安全性。结果：三组患者治疗后SF—MPQ积分均明显降低（P〈0．01），而微波＋扶他林组SF—MPQ积分明显低于微波组和扶他林组（P〈O．05）。并且微波＋扶他林组总有效率高于微波组和扶他林组（P〈O．05）。三组治疗后均未发现明显不良反应。结论：微波配合扶他林治疗膝骨关节炎疼痛具有良好的临床疗效，且简便、安全。
