| 摘 要： | 目的：为探讨黏蛋白1（mucin1,MUC1）表达对胃癌发生、发展、转移的影响,笔者检测了MUC1在转化的人正常胃黏膜细胞系（GES-1）和低分化胃腺癌细胞系（BGC-823）中的表达情况,分析其表达的临床意义。方法：应用间接免疫荧光法检测MUC1在GES-1和BGC-823中的表达和定位。结果：MUC1在GES-1和BGC-823中的表达,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：MUC1在肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥一定作用。MUC1可能与胃癌恶性的进展和转移有关,在胃癌的发生、发展过程发挥着重要作用。
