| 摘 要： | 目的:评价送药车的应用效果。方法:随机选取我院22个临床科室,860张床位的用药,以及住院药房内524种注射用药品的配送情况进行2年追踪调查,2009年使用传统送药车为对照组,2010年使用新型送药车为实验组。通过对其药品配送时限,观察并比较其工作效率﹑药品损坏率、差错事故发生率及药车的安全性﹑药车自身的坚固性等。结果:实验组配送时限为(20.08±2.96)min,差错事故发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组使用满意度得分为(22.08±3.24)分,对照组为(16.50±2.76)分,两组在药护人员使用满意度方面比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:该送药车设计合理,实用性强,具有广泛的应用前景,值得临床推广应用。
