| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法：将我院收治的96例早期乳腺癌患者随机分为两组，A组48例行保乳手术，B组48例行改良根治术，分析两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后恢复情况。结果：A组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间明显优于B组，分别为手术时间f（118．52±16．35）minVS（155．87±20．55）min]，术中出血量f（105．26±42．15）ml vs（153．32±51．26）m11，住院时间（10．15±2．56）d vs（14．38±3．27）d1，组间差异均有高度统计学意义（t=9．85、3．55、7．06，均P〈0．01）；两组术后并发症发生率分别为2．08％、16．67％，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4．41，P〈0．05）；两组局部复发率、远处转移率、3年及5年生存率比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）。结论：保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌疗效满意，值得推广应用。
